Annabel Dover
Annabel describes her work as a ‘complex mixture of scientific observation and tender girlish enthusiasm’. She makes work from ‘everyday things that touch me’ and her influences range from archaeological illustration, anthropological research and social histories, telling forgotten stories both real and imagined through her small paintings and drawings.
Annabel was born in Liverpool and now lives and works in Suffolk. She has a BA Hons Fine Art Newcastle University and MA Central St Martins, London.
